How to remove stubborn stains
Different surfaces need different approaches to stains.

Check the surface
Identify the material and finish before choosing a cleaner. Test on a hidden area and follow skin, eye-protection and ventilation instructions. Use only one cleaner at a time.
Tiles and grout
Choose a bathroom cleaner whose label permits use on your tiles, grout and seals. Use chlorine products only as labelled, with ventilation. Never mix them with acids, descalers, vinegar, ammonia or other cleaners. If mould returns, address the moisture source.
Rust and limescale
Choose a dedicated treatment approved for the surface. For Sano Anti Kalk, check the variant, dilution, contact time and rinsing on its label. Do not extend contact time or add lemon or salt. Acid cleaners are unsuitable for marble and other sensitive surfaces; check the supplier’s instructions.
Walls
First gently wipe fresh marks with a soft, barely damp cloth if the paint is washable. Do not soak plaster or plasterboard. Use a stain-removing sponge only on compatible surfaces after a hidden-area test: it can change colour or sheen. Stop if the finish transfers onto the cloth.
