Home care guide
How to air and clean your mattress
Remove dust, treat stains and let the mattress dry completely.

Protect the mattress
Use a protector recommended by the mattress manufacturer. Wash bedding and removable covers according to their labels. Only remove covers designed to be removed.
Dust and ventilation
Check separate care instructions for the core and cover. If vacuuming is permitted, use a clean, suitable attachment and a gentle method. Allow regular ventilation. Do not automatically sprinkle baking soda or apply fragrance to the mattress.
Stains
Use only a method and cleaner approved by the manufacturer for that part of the mattress. Blot gently and use the minimum permitted moisture. Do not soak the core. A laundry treatment that requires subsequent washing is not a substitute for a mattress-approved cleaner.
Dry completely
All parts must be fully dry before replacing covers or bedding. Do not speed drying with direct heat unless permitted. If odour, moisture or a stain persists, ask the manufacturer or an appropriate specialist for guidance.
